Great service Qualtys HVAC team. Earlier this week our heater stopped working after midnight. I called Quality Service at around 8AM for service and Hunter arrived after 10AM and promptly fixed the issues. The house was warm again before noon. This was a big relief as youg children were in the house. There was no charge as we have an annual service contract with Quality Service and Hunter was able to repair without replacing any parts. He certainly knows the HVAC systems well. We have had great service from Quality since we signed an annual maintenance contract with them.

Chase exhibited good customer service.

Diagnosis was done and parts where ordered. Did a get job explaining the repair issues. Repair completed. Hunter was very polite and professional. QSC. Great hire.

Technician Feagin did a great job working on our unit. He explained the process and offered friendly advice while doing so. I am very satisfied with him. Only reason I am with holding a 5 star rating is that the part he ordered came in as the wrong part and extended our time out of service. He was very apologetic. Will use this company every time!
