Edit: Management was quick to review the incident and reach out to offer a solution. The professionalism of the technicians and speedy response by management deserve 5 stars. The HVAC folks are great but the plumbing side really left a bad impression. I have their “fantastic plan” which waives diagnostic fees for all services. The plumber came out and was really nice and professional and during the diagnosis discovered what the issue was and it was decided I would replace the part myself. Once it was discovered I was a “fantastic” member and my diagnostic fee was waived the people at the office made the plumber charge me anyway. All that was performed was a diagnostic service, the plumber was in and out in 10 minutes. Why say my diagnostic fee is waived when I’m going to get an underhanded charge anyway? I really want to like this place because the plumbers and hvac workers are fantastic but that move by the office to find a way to charge me even though I pay a decent bit extra for the membership was pretty gross and just a underhanded method of getting around the perks of having the membership.

Great experience very up front and friendly would definitely use again

My only complaint is they charged me $325 per hour for a total of $975. He had to leave to go get a p-trap adapter. I supplied 80% of the materials needed. Customer service and timeliness was excellent.
