( 3.5 ton Unit ) I have signed up to a service contract and he performed the work electrical, mechanical on the AC and the Air Handler and also checked the duct work in a professional manner. Casey was here on time he serviced the heat pump for upstairs, first the unit outside then the part in attic, he said that everything was fine with it.
Casey serviced the gas pack (for downstairs), he found a capacitor was bad, he came in told me about I gave me a price, which I accepted and he replaced the capacitor. He gave me a copy of the maintenance he had preformed on both units. He wrote up invoice and I paid it by credit card.
